The Loans may consist of senior debt loans, mezzanine or subordinated loans, preferred equity and other equity participation financing structures.  We generally follow a conservative loan profile for the Loans, which means low loan to value and high debt service cover ratios.  In addition, we can evaluate Loans that are first lien, senior debt mortgage loans and specialty financing programs as opposed to riskier, yet much more profitable, and less secure mezzanine or equity positions.
